WHO WE ARE
Taste Boutique Catering is the newest endeavor of a group representing three of Albuquerque, New Mexico's finest restaurants. All three of our independent and locally owned venues: Seasons in Old Town, Zinc in Nob Hill, and Savoy in the NE Heights are combining their resources, expertise, and personal touch, to bring a custom occasion into your home!
The key to a great catering company is the Executive Catering Chef. In 2006, we were fortunate to recruit Chef Carrie Eagle. Carrie sold her ownership interest in a successful downtown restaurant to master her skills further by working at each of our locations and learning the subtle nuances that define them. Carrie did just that, gaining both knowledge and a strengthened working relationship with all three Executive Chefs. Carrie was eager to jump back into catering, but wanted to ensure a very personal feel and presence. It was then that we decided to create a new venture, with Carrie at the helm. Her experience, the renowned cuisine, and our access to all that distinguishes a fine-dining atmosphere (hand blown stemware, classic china, fine flatware, linens, etc) make Taste Boutique Catering unique.
WHAT WE DO
Taste specializes in boutique catering, which to us entails providing an intimate gathering for friends and family, inventive food perfectly executed, and the freedom for you to feel as carefree as a guest at your own party. We wish to regal you with the same food and wine experience that you are accustomed to in our restaurants by catering plated dinners for up to 30 guests and buffet service for up to 60.

Taste also offers clients an in-house floral designer (The Flower Workshop @ Seasons) and the ability to buy wine at retail pricing through Seasons or Savoy (both have wine retail licenses).

The goal for Taste Boutique Catering is to take care of every element of your planned festivities, but make the booking and pricing hassle-free and approachable. The TASTEABQ.COM website was launched to guide our clients through the initial booking process with as little stress or confusion as possible. We offer diverse menu choices, exceptional service staff and the opportunity for you, the host, to put all the details in our hands.
Included in the cost of our plated menus are the table accessories needed for the event. We can use your personal china, if that is your choice, or we will bring all the necessary plateware, silverware and linens. All at no additional cost to you. If we have the use of your kitchen facilities the space will look exactly as it did when we arrived. We have numerous beverage service options and trained certified staff that will make your special evening a wonderful memory for both you and your guests.
THE MENU
The core menu blends signature dishes that you have come to know and love at each of our restaurants. However, there are a plethora of choices from lunch to dinner, plated service to buffet and of course platters that you may pick up or we will deliver. The quality standards of Taste Boutique Catering are identical to those of our restaurant group. Utilizing long-standing relationships with local growers and distributors, we use only the freshest ingredients and whenever possible incorporate seasonal, organic and local products.
